Using Explorer as described in the post worked fine. I initially used 7-Zip (since that's my default zip app), but that resulted in a corrupt document.I did this by mostly following the instructions in Added the calculated field to the template.Added a calculated field to the quote entity that is set to blank or 'DRAFT' based on whether the quote is approved or not.I hope this helps someone else with similar requirements. In my case, I need a watermark if a quote is not 'approved' (which I determine based on the value of a custom field in the quote). It does require adding a new field, which adds some complexity to the setup, but no more so than adding any new field to a template.
